Clinical and Ethical Approaches to End-of-Life Care (workshop)

October 11th is World Hospice and Palliative Care Day; during this weekend, learn how to assess the overall quality of end of life care, identify sources of suffering, and determine what decisions need to be made and who needs to be involved in making and implementing them.  Develop the ability to incorporate psychosocial care into the medical treatment team, and gain the skills and understanding necessary to achieve standards of care for mental health services at life's end, including interpersonal strategies, clinical knowledge, technical proficiency, and respect for the culture of individuals, their families, and their communities.
